Replaio is not a broadcaster, it is not a hosting service; it does not rebroadcast, store or retransmit radio stations.
Replaio is a web browser that plays publicly available audio content by redirecting the user to the broadcasters' servers and establishing a direct connection to those servers. The user's device connects directly to the public URLs of these servers to play the audio content. The servers are exclusively managed and supervised by the radio station broadcasters.
Users can listen to these radio stations, which they can access in any web browser, using the same public URLs.
Replaio works like other Internet radio devices and apps, such as smart speakers, Internet radio receivers, or Internet radio systems in cars. Replaio connects directly to broadcasters' servers to play audio content, similar to traditional AM or FM radio, which connects directly to broadcasters' transmitters.
Thank you for using our services, which we provide to ensure convenient access to publicly available audio content on the internet, particularly internet radio stations.

It allows searching, browsing and playing on the user's device, content publicly available on the Internet, to which URLs and Audio URLs lead. The service is aimed at individual users, for personal and non-commercial use only.
1.1. The operation of the Replaio Browser is based on the same mechanisms used in popular, widely available web browsers and search engines.
1.2. Replaio Browser allows users to search for URL and Audio URL addresses leading to audio content, including internet radio streams.
1.3. Replaio Browser allows users to reach publicly available content on the Internet and add its URL to their favorites list. This allows users to reach their favorite content quickly and conveniently.
1.4. Replaio Radio users can independently enter internet URL and Audio URL addresses (similarly to other web browsers) and then display the website content and listen to the audio content available at the entered address.
1.5. The specialized Replaio Browser also allows for the use of an integrated, advanced audio player.
1.6. Replaio Browser, acting like a typical web browser, allows you to play audio content. Additional built-in features make it easier to receive content, such as improving sound quality through Replaio's integrated equalizer.
1.7. Playback of audio content, including publicly available internet radio stations under specified Audio URL addresses, is done through a direct connection from the user's device to the servers (services) used by the owners of the audio content.
1.8. Replaio Radio browser, at the user's request, establishes a connection between the user's device and audio content available at specified URL or Audio URL addresses on the public internet.

1.10. Replaio does not guarantee the ability to browse and listen to all audio content accessible via publicly available URL addresses.

Replaio Search is a service that provides a search engine for public URL and Audio URL addresses, with a particular focus on addresses leading to publicly available audio content, including internet radio. It allows users to search for URL and Audio URL addresses using queries by providing keywords. The Replaio Search service is intended for individual users, solely for personal and non-commercial use. The Replaio Search service is free of charge.
2.1.1. Scanning — gathering information about public URLs and Audio URL addresses available on the internet.
2.1.2. Indexing — analyzing obtained URL and Audio URL addresses from broadcasters and through the operation of Replaio robots, regarding the public availability of audio content, including internet radio stations.
2.1.3. Displaying results — searching for information contained in the Replaio index and presenting the results to users.
2.2.1. All URL and Audio URL addresses available in Replaio Search are publicly accessible on the internet.
2.2.2. Replaio is not a broadcaster, does not transmit, and does not mediate in audio transmission. It does not retransmit or interfere with the audio stream available under specific public URLs or Audio URL addresses.
2.2.3. Replaio Browser connects the user's device directly to the server used by the owner of the URL or Audio URL for the sole purpose of displaying or playing content from a specific public URL or Audio URLs.
2.2.4. Replaio does not in any way alter the content available under certain URLs and Audio URLs.
2.2.5. Replaio does not in any way bypass access restrictions if they are applied by the owners of URL and Audio URL addresses.
2.2.6. To ensure free access to public content, Replaio Search removes URL or Audio URL addresses only under strictly defined circumstances, e.g., at the request of their owners.
2.2.7. All intellectual property rights to the content contained under URL and Audio URL addresses belong to the owners of the respective URL and Audio URL addresses. Replaio is not responsible for the legality of content available under public URL and Audio URL addresses.
2.2.8. Replaio users are always recipients as in the original sharing. All URL and Audio URL addresses indexed by Replaio Search are publicly available on the internet. Owners of the websites on which they are published do not limit access to them in any way — they are accessible to all Internet users. Replaio solutions (including embedding) do not result in providing URL and Audio URL addresses to a new audience (new users).
2.2.9. Replaio does not index URL and Audio URL addresses that have security measures preventing playback of content directly from a specified URL or Audio URL address (e.g., security in the form of a temporary access key).
2.3.1. Addresses leading to audio content available in Replaio services are added to Replaio Search by content owners (to which the URL and Audio URL addresses lead) and their representatives through the Replaio console or Replaio scanning (indexing) robots.
2.3.2. Every owner of audio content, including broadcasters or radio stations, can submit their URL and Audio URL addresses to Replaio Search.
2.3.3. The presence of URL and Audio URL addresses in Replaio Search is free of charge.
2.3.4. Submissions can only be made through the Replaio console, available at: repla.io/add-url.
2.3.5. The person who created the account is responsible for the data submitted through the Replaio Console.
2.3.6. By submitting data to Replaio Search, the person acting on behalf of the sender declares that all data, including contact information, is true.
2.3.7. Submitting data to Replaio Search through the broadcaster panel is equivalent to the broadcaster's consent to the processing and sharing of this data in Replaio services.
2.3.8. In particular, the user consents to Replaio sharing Audio URL addresses and graphics representing the broadcaster's brand.
2.3.9. The user declares that he/she has full rights to the broadcast content and is entirely responsible for it.
2.3.10. The user declares that by providing Audio URL addresses, he/she does not infringe any applicable law, especially copyright law.
2.3.11. The user declares that the obligations imposed by copyright law in connection with the broadcast of audio content lie with the broadcaster he/she represents, and the broadcaster is fully responsible for them.
2.3.12. Furthermore, on behalf of the broadcaster, the user declares the following:
He/she is the owner or is entitled to publish/broadcast the content to which the provided URL and Audio URL addresses lead.
He/she is solely responsible for complying with the terms of licenses, authorizations, and permits concluded with third parties regarding the content available at URLs and Audio URLs.
He/she is solely responsible for compliance with the terms of licenses, authorizations, permissions concluded with third parties regarding the content available at URLs and Audio URLs.
He/she is fully responsible for carrying out any financial settlements for royalties and fees to third parties arising from licenses, authorizations, or permissions regarding copyright.
2.3.13. The user, on behalf of the broadcaster, declares that you are fully responsible for the distribution and for the possible need to restrict the distribution of your URLs and Audio URLs within the specified territories. This means that the broadcaster, by making its content available in the specified territories, has obtained all necessary rights to do so, and in the absence of such rights, must implement measures on its own to block distribution in locations where its content should not, or cannot, be accessed.
2.3.14.The user, on behalf of the broadcaster, declares full legal responsibility for publishing, in any form, advertisements within the content available under URL and Audio URL addresses.
2.3.15. The user declares complying with legal regulations regarding the publication of information and advertisements, including FTC guidelines.
2.3.16. By publishing content, including URLs, Audio URLs, names, descriptions, logos, you grant Replaio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, share, display, modify, translate, create derivative works, distribute through any medium, method or technology now known or to be created in the future for any purpose, including for the promotion of Replaio's services.
2.3.17. If the user does not want Replaio to use the content of the broadcaster he/she represents, should not publish it through any of Replaio's services.
2.3.18. By publishing data and using Replaio services, the user releases Replaio from liability for any possible damages and expenses (including costs and attorney fees) related to any infringement of rights by the broadcaster he/she represents, including the rights of third parties.
2.3.19. It is forbidden to add to Replaio Search URLs and Audio URLs leading to prohibited content, which:
2.3.20. The user, on behalf of the sender, warrants that the content to which the URLs provided in the Replaio console lead does not contain the prohibited content listed in the paragraph above.
2.3.21. The user, on behalf of the broadcaster, acknowledges and accepts that Replaio is entitled to broadcast advertisements in the application — graphic banners and video ads. At the same time, Replaio ensures that each of these forms of broadcasting will not disrupt the continuity of the audio content linked to the Audio URL addresses provided by the broadcasters.
2.4.1. To provide URLs and Audio URLs in Replaio Search, directing to publicly available content on the internet, we also use scanning robots (indexing robots).
2.4.2. The operation of the robots involves visiting publicly accessible websites. The robots scan them similarly to internet search engines and analyze their content for publicly available URLs and Audio URLs.
2.4.3. Indexing robots open links, just like users browsing the web. They move from link to link and send information about publicly available URLs and Audio URLs to Replaio Search.
2.4.4. Indexing robots also analyze the contents of “robots.txt” files, which determine how the content on the visited website should be treated.
2.4.5. The website owner, through appropriate entries in the “robots.txt” file, can completely block indexing by the robot of their pages, thereby disabling the provision of links to content, including audio content, in Replaio services.
2.5.1. Replaio respects and values intellectual property rights and does not tolerate any infringement. We have developed a policy that includes a procedure for reporting cases of infringement.
2.5.2. We respect the decisions of owners regarding the presence of specific URL or Audio URL addresses in Replaio Search.
2.5.3. We have developed the Replaio Search Tool system, which allows owners of audio content to manage the availability of URL or Audio URL in Replaio Search.
2.5.4. Replaio Search Tool allows URL or Audio URL owners to fully decide the presence of addresses belonging to them in Replaio Search, including (at any time) revoking permission for their presence in Replaio Search, blocking their addition or modification by unauthorized users.
2.5.5. Replaio Search is a search engine exclusively for publicly available, unsecured URL and Audio URL addresses. Each owner of such addresses can secure them from being added to search engines, including Replaio Search. This can be done using commonly available solutions, including entries in robots.txt and .htaccess files, or other configurations (such as setting expiration times for specific addresses).
2.5.6. These are generally accepted, cost-free, and easy-to-implement mechanisms, interpreted by all services indexing resources on the internet. Information about such security measures is widely available. More information can also be found later in this document.
2.5.7. Each owner of URL and Audio URL addresses has the option to apply security measures (including the use of a temporary access key) to prevent them from being played in external browsers. Such security measures are commonly used by entities that do not allow the public sharing of URL and Audio URL addresses.
2.5.8. Applying such security measures is a clear indication that these addresses will not be indexed by Replaio Search and will not be available in search results for Replaio Radio users.
2.6.1. The Replaio browser merely establishes a direct connection between the user's device and the source available at the URL or Audio URL address, allowing the transmission to be fully controlled and managed by the owner of the audio content.
2.6.2. Each audio content owner can independently block access to their audio content by changing the status from Public Audio URL to Authenticated. Such secured content will immediately cease to be available on Replaio's services. No additional action on Replaio's part is required.
2.6.3. (Alternative option) Removing addresses from Replaio Search can also be done upon explicit request by contacting via email at: support@repla.io. URLs and Audio URLs submitted by their owners will be added to the list of blocked addresses. From that point on, they will not be available in Replaio Search results, cannot be re-added to Replaio Search, and will not be indexed by Replaio robots.
2.6.4. (Alternative option) Each owner of audio content can block access to the content by making appropriate configuration entries on the servers — standard mechanisms to block robots by configuring the robots.txt file:
User-agent: Replaiobot Disallow: https://stream.audio.com/abcdefghijk (sample URL)
Such entries will be unambiguously interpreted as a refusal to index and share URL and Audio URL addresses in Replaio Radio.
2.6.5. Audio streaming providers for radio stations offer various options to control stream access. Here are some of them:
Securing the stream with referer headers – the stream can be configured to only work when played from a website or service that sends the appropriate HTTP header. This header indicates that the playback is coming from an authorized source. If someone tries to play the stream directly in another player, access to the stream is blocked due to the absence of the correct referrer header.
Session tokens – these are unique identifiers for each playback session, which expire after a set period. This helps limit stream playback to authorized websites or services, preventing unauthorized access.
Geofencing – this method uses geographical location to control access to the stream. Providers typically use the user's device IP address to determine its location and block access to the stream outside a defined geographic area.
Host-based restriction – in this case, access control is based on the user's IP address trying to connect to the streaming server. Only users from authorized IP addresses can play the stream.
User Agent-based restriction – this method relies on analyzing information sent by the user's browser or device when establishing a connection. The User Agent is a string that identifies the browser, operating system, device type (e.g., computer, phone), and sometimes even the software version. Based on this, access to the stream can be restricted to specific devices or browsers.
2.7.1. For graphic identification purposes, Replaio Search displays publicly available logos or graphical identifiers of content owners using public URLs. The presentation of these graphical identifiers follows similar practices observed in widely used internet search engines.
2.7.2. The display of graphical characters, which are linked to publicly accessible URLs, is implemented similarly to that of publicly accessible search engines.
2.7.3. The URLs leading to graphical identifiers typically point to graphic files such as website logos (e.g., ico, og:image), avatars or profile pictures from popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
2.7.4. Every owner of audio content can submit his/her graphical identifiers to be included in Replaio Search by using a form or by sending an email to: support@repla.io.
2.7.5. Indexing and displaying graphical identifiers are conducted using standard caching mechanisms, similar to those used in popular web browsers.
2.7.6. The Replaio Browser does not provide an option for users to download or share graphical identifiers.
2.7.7. The graphic images presented in the search results on Replaio Search may be subject to copyright.
2.7.8. Replaio Radio users' use of search results that contain identifying marks shall in no way violate the law.
2.7.9. Replaio does not grant users any rights regarding the graphic identifiers of third-party entities.
